On this site you will be able to apply and deliver FA community programmes such as Weetabix Wildcats, Squad Girls Football, Just Play, Comets and Disability Rec. You will have the ability to; create and manage opportunities, manage online or offline payments, quality assure and manage staff involved in delivering programmes, manage participant bookings and attendance, access programme resources and national marketing to your sessions via The FAs Find Football search engine.

 At the bottom of the page are guides that will help you create and manage your sessions. Or if you are a parent, how to book your child a place. If you are still having problems please contact Jessamine.Humphrey@somersetfa.com

Q&A

Simple answer, No. Stripe is not owned by The FA and is a third party company. If you would like to offer other ways of online payment you can do so by providing a he payment link with your participants by emailing them directly or including this link in your additional confirmation page during the creation of your sessions.

Log in to the Club Portal (https://clubs.thefa.com/), the organisation ID is displayed at the top right of the screen.

Each of your sessions will be in a review state.

Restricted- Sessions will not be advertised online, you can review what action needs to be taken for your sessions to be advertised by clicking on the ‘Warning notification’ at the top of the page. It could either be, your County FA has not yet approved your sessions, or your coach(es) selected do not meet the criteria for the roles you have listed them. Make sure you review what this message states to provide you with an indication what action is required.

Upcoming- Sessions will be advertised online

To access your session link click on ‘Direct link’, this will provide you with three options;

Open Link- This will open your booking link in a new tab and will show what participants will view to book onto your sessions you have created. This is a good opportunity to check everything you have created is accurate.

Copy Link- This will copy your booking link, meaning you can share with participants who are yet to book onto your sessions you have created.

View QR code- A QR code is automatically generated for your sessions you have created. You will the have the option to download or copy your QR code which can be used to promote your sessions.

Clubs can only be claimed once. However, you will be able to be added as an Administrator. Usually the Super Administrator can do this. Once added you'll be able to create and manage your events.

If either Lead coach or coaches have been added with an invalid FAN this will automatically change the programmes status to 'Restricted'. Once the coaching team have valid FANs, the programme status will no longer show as 'Restricted', and will be able to be found on the public website.
