Are you passionate about football and keen to contribute your expertise to Somerset FA? We are looking to appoint three Non-Executive Independent Directors to join our board and play a vital role in shaping the future of our organisation. 

As a key member of the board, you will help us to deliver our vision, drive strategic decisions, and ensure we maintain strong governance. If you have a love for football and the skills to support our growth, we encourage you to apply.

THE ROLES

Are you passionate about football and ready to make a difference? Somerset FA is on the hunt for up to three dynamic Non-Executive Directors to join our board, helping drive forward the National Game Strategy and ensuring football in Somerset is accessible, inclusive, and fun for everyone.
We're particularly eager to strengthen our board in the following areas:

Safeguarding: Keeping the game safe for all participants.
Marketing: Bringing fresh ideas to promote football and secure vital resources.
Health & Safety: Ensuring the wellbeing of staff, volunteers and players.
Technology: Innovating how we manage and deliver the game.
Stakeholder Engagement: Building strong relationships across the community.

This is an exciting time to get involved in football as we work closely with The FA to deliver lasting impact at the grassroots level.

As a Non-Executive Director, you will:

• Help shape the vision, strategy, and future of football in Somerset.
• Contribute to key decisions on policies, plans, and financial investments.
• Ensure the game thrives in a way that is inclusive, diverse, and accessible to all.
