The Emerging Talent Centre provides talented young female players throughout Somerset and its surrounding areas with weekly additional training and fixtures, whist still playing for their club to complement their football opportunities.

The FA Emerging Talent Centre is one of the pinnacles of playing opportunities for talented players in the area and offers a direct opportunity to support striving players to progress into the FA Women's England Talent Pathway.  The aim of the programme is to develop players holistically to meet their potential, with our ultimate goal in producing elite female players to represent England.  Somerset FA's female player pathway has supported a number of female players in the last several years that have gone onto Represent England in youth age groups.
