Tournaments must be sanctioned in order that we can ensure that they provide a safe environment for participants, referees and any spectators. 

We have provided all the necessary forms below

It is essential that the relevant application form and all required extras such as the safeguarding risk assessment and rules are provided to us with as much notice as possible. 

Any tournament sanction request provided to us 7 days or less before the tournament is likely to be refused.
